His team had the arduous task of stripping layers of old shakes, trim, and siding off the home and the adjacent areas had absolutely no trace of debris. Very neat and clean! They started by installing PVC picture frames around the windows which look fantastic, nicely mitered and fastened on the corners. We are looking forward to seeing the project move forward....“

“A great family owned company & superb team. I’m a repeat customer of Inka. Was recommended to me thru our fiber cement siding company. Inka Constr. has replaced 20+ windows with Pella Impervia fiberglass in my home (incldg big double wide casements & short basement sliding windows). In the most recent project of an investment property we had them replace 9’w super heavy sliding patio doors & 3 windows.
They removed & replaced rotted sill plates on the door and windows, foam insulated, & replace sills & molding with all new. Nik goes the extra distance adding a white oak threshold, replacing the sliding door moulding trim with bigger ones & also replacing the adjacent thru-the-wall A/C unit box’s trim, making it look so much better.
Nik took apart Harvey window sashes & trimmed the vinyl corner’s mitered edges that the Harvey Window factory should’ve taken care of in QC.
Nik is the consummate professional – he does what he says he’ll do, always on time, dedicated, hardworking, superb craftsmanship, very experienced carpenter, and a perfectionist. He goes the extra distance & looks out for your interests, even when you don’t know certain work needs to be done. And that’s someone you want in your court. He’s quiet, diligent, hard-working and a precise carpenter.
Maria is a delight to deal with, warm, superb with fast communication texting/emailing keeping you apprised throughout the whole process, working with the town building dept, getting & closing permits & working w the distributor. Please note there’s at least 3 articles in the local Community Advocate last fall & this spring, about their great company.“

“This is really a 4.5-star review but since I gave 4 stars for the previous job I think it makes sense to round up to 5 this time. I hired Franca this fall to paint the exterior of my house, and remove a significant amount of rotted trim and replace it with PVC. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get me on their schedule, and they wrapped up the whole project in a little over a week. They were conscientious about removing rotted trim (including from areas I couldn't see well from the ground and so didn't point out to them), the house looks great, and the price was very competitive. Steve, who set up the contract, was very responsive throughout; the crew were professional, careful about cleanup, and showed up on time. The only flaws were (1) initially they replaced some of the trim with softwood instead of PVC, but when I noticed it and asked them to fix it, and contacted Steve to confirm, they did fix it (and didn't charge me for the fix), (2) they were a bit aggressive about chopping limbs off some of my small trees to get the ladders into place - that said, this may have been unavoidable (the yard is small and quite densely planted).“

“We experienced some interior water damage after a wind/rain storm. We had several contractors provide estimates, though others only did it orally. John provided a detailed written estimate, that independently beat the others. Importantly, he was the only one to point out that it could be covered at least in part, by insurance. (The roof was twenty years old.) Timing was such that we had to wait through more rain and snow, fortunately no further damage, before the weather cleared. We had a deadline, and their office was very helpful in getting us scheduled. It was going to be the only dry weather day of the week. Well, an army of workers showed up early, and a dumpster and protective covers were placed as promised. This crew set up and got to work with no obvious outside direction being required. This was a two unit condo, with a healthy pitch to the roof, as well as porches and added room extensions in the rear. Everyone knew their role, and acted with precision. The entire roof was striped, and additional plywood needing replacement was identified and ordered. The job included applying a waterproof layer, as well as special treatment for edges and valleys, before replacing the shingles, that carry a 50 year guarantee. The job was essentially done in one day, but for some small separate areas of trim. These were polished off on the next sunny morning. Clean up was done with care, second only to the overall sense of safety that was maintained throughout the job. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier. We may well have been their first job in Needham, but there were no delaying issues, and I am glad to give them my highest recommendation.“

“Emmaty was great. We bought 46 solar panels though them and required a new roof for the panels. Hector and Bill handled everything for us. As with every major construction project a few issues arose during the project, but Hector was prompt to address and correct them for us. They busted their butts to help us get the project installed before the end of the year so we could get our solar rebates on time. Now in the hot days of summer, my power bill is running backwards!!!
