Our family had received estimates from 5 other contractors before we were recommended Grand Premium Siding from a neighbor. Gerfferson was extremely responsive, came that very weekend to give us an estimate and was very attentive to our questions and our concerns. He followed through with a written estimate as he promised and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process of purchasing and delivering the supplies and materials and scheduling his crew for 3-4 days of siding work. We have leaking issues on our skylights in rainy spring season. Gerfferson and his team are very responsive for coming over and putting on tarp. It avoided further damages while leaving us time to deal with the issue.At the end, we chose him for the work because he tried to solve the real problem instead of fooling us to buy in a bigger project. His quote is reasonable.His team was also very responsible. They left the cleanest job site that I’ve ever seen so far. Greatly appreciated!
