I needed to switch out my lenses into an identical frame and have them adjusted and Karen helped me switch them and adjust free of charge!! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I’ll definitely go to them in the future.
When for the first time for an eye exam and I'm very satisfied with the service. They were very kind , the Dr. was very professional and knowledgeable. I was explained very well about what my insurance coverage and the add on and the benefits of it. They don't force you to get anything you don't consider necessary. The prices were also reasonable.
Excellent thorough eye exam by Dr. Ringenbach. I especially appreciate not having to have my eyes dilated and opted for the imaging diagnostic tool, so I could easily return to work. The receptionist was friendly and helpful so whatever problem they had before that reviews mention is no longer an issue.
