Florence Animal Clinic
“I can’t say enough good things about Florence Animal Clinic. Both Dr. Lorenzo and Dr. Kefer are truly wonderful. I’ve trusted them with the care of multiple cats. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoughtful in how they approach treatment. They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
I also really appreciate their judgment and honesty. When something requires more specialized attention, they’re thoughtful about referring out rather than trying to do everything in-house, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to what’s best for the animal.
The staff is equally fantastic: kind, responsive, and clearly dedicated to both pets and their people. It’s rare to find a clinic where medical excellence and genuine warmth come together so consistently. Highly recommend.”
