“Wonderful place to have your pets taken care of. Dr. Larochelle is the best of the best. Companion, highly educated and truly a perfect fit for her to own and operate this business. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and service she provides.”
“As new clients, Dr. Guntly took his time sharing his expertise regarding monitoring and maintaining the health of our two older cats ‘Gria’ & ‘Kahlua’. His warmth and sense of humor were refreshing too! His staff were equally as warm and helpful. Thank you!”
“Today was my cats first vet appointment with West Springfield Vetrenery Clinic. He is a shy boy and does not enjoy leaving his Domain and gets pretty fussy. However, they are so wonderful over there! Everyone took such good care of my kitty and were very attentive and gentle, especially Bri. She was amazing with him!! He was way calmer than I thought he'd be and thats because he was being taken care of by people who actually care..and that is important to me! I have not had the best experiences with my last veterinarian, so I'm relieved Bubby and I found our place! Thanks to everyone who made our experience there, refreshing.”
