“This office is amazing. Every single person I’ve dealt with since day one (Including Dr Heller). Forgive me, as this likely sounds crazy, but my observation is that they only hire people with positive personalities and the customer service and scheduling is superb. Olivia is great, as is the attractive woman at the desk who takes payment/ deals with insurance etc. I don’t write reviews... Not my thing. If a place sucks, I just won’t go back. “My first appointment at this office was very pleasant and efficient. I like the TV entertainment, in the waiting room and during my cleaning, since the TV provided a good source of relaxation and diversion during my cleaning. The staff is very friendly, understanding and sensitive to the needs of its patients, and I found the process of my cleaning to be comfortable and effective. I appreciated the staff's questions to ensure I was comfortable while my cleaning transpired, and I'm glad I found and chose this office for my new dentist.
As a continuing patient of Royal Dental Care, the staff is very welcoming, communicative about appointments, and supportive of my dental needs, such as when I need extra support to address an issue with my teeth and gums. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants and dentists, it's an overall good practice to be a patient of, and I commend them for that.
