The adjustments I received during my pregnancy helped me to decrease my physical pain and discomfort to the point that I felt better while pregnant than I had in pre-pregnancy. She also helped me manage new discomforts that arose during the third trimester and postpartum. In just a month, I’ve already noticed real improvements in my pain levels, mobility, and flexibility. I’m even sleeping better. That alone would be worth it, but what really stands out to me is the atmosphere. My therapist is not only skilled but also incredibly patient—especially with someone like me who gets nervous and fidgety in public settings. I can be a lot to get to know at first, so it’s definitely worth noting. She genuinely seems to understand that everyone heals differently and meets me where I’m at, which in my case makes a huge difference. The whole team seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, which is rare and honestly a little refreshing. There’s a lightness and energy in the space that makes the sessions fly by.
