I can’t say enough good things about my experience with rooter man. Vinny was insanely helpful. We are first time homeowners and neither of us have had to deal with a septic tank before. Vinny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to help us when our whole plumbing system wasn’t draining. Service was quick and easy, and it was a pleasure to work with rooter man every step of the way. I was worried about finding someone to help us with plumbing and our septic system, but I’ll never had to worry about that again. We recently had an issue with our septic system and called Rooter-Man to drain our septic tank. The entire process was seamless, from booking the appointment to the service, I could not be more pleased with the work that was done. Vinnie and Danny arrived when they said they would and not only cleaned the tank but also identified some issues with how the tank was constructed that may prevent it from working to its full capacity. They were very thorough and made sure the system was functioning properly before they left. They also recommended a repair and a pumping schedule to prevent future problems. Vincent and Tom were exceptional in their services, cleaning, capping and repairing my septic system.
