Jeff was literally one of the most helpful trade technicians I've ever worked with. He showed up, diagnosed the problem quickly, made sure he explained every step of his process to me, and really advocated for me. The issue he uncovered actually involved my entire condo building and also the City public works department. He was calling city contacts himself to try and help me get some answers about why our building's plumbing is so messed up. Every step of the way, he had a clear gameplan and outlined clear next steps for me.
