He was reasonably priced for the amount of work being done - he refinished 2 floors - including 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 12 stair treads.

John started work exactly on time and finished in the original time frame he thought it would take to complete the project. He was very honest about what was possible with my floors, some of which were in bad shape from water and pet damage.
