I booked a wash and blow $64. The service took 45 mins and I was charged $80. I asked why and they receptionist said anything over an hour costs more. I told her my service took 45 mins and had her call the manager. She said they sent all customers an email months ago about their new policy. Why not have it on the website when I check out!? No one wants a surprise at the end of their service. The manager gave me a 1 time pass and allowed me to pay my original price. Won't be back. A wash and blow for $80 isn't worth it.

JORDAN is unbelievably talented—truly one of the best in the business. Her eye for detail, creativity, and skill with hair is on another level. She should absolutely be working with celebrities; that’s how good she is. She nails it every time. I’ve been going to her for nearly 8 years, and she continues to amaze me with her work. I trust her completely, and I always leave her chair feeling confident and looking my best.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Drybar! The space is gorgeous, the vibe is fun and energetic, and the service is top-notch. My stylist was incredibly attentive and made me feel pampered from start to finish.
