For anyone visiting from out of town: Sway is easily accessible via public transport (both bus and train; Kenmore stop) and is within walking distance of many hotels. Staff have been consistently warm and notably welcoming to first-time visitors based on my initial experience, observations and conversations overheard while in the waiting room.

Sway has become a part of my self-care routine/rotation (so much so that I picked up a small part-time gig exclusively to fund my spa days). They make me feel like family while there, and their services have consistently left me feeling so relaxed just the thought of an upcoming appointment has become soothing. Based on observation, it seems you cannot go wrong with any of their staff. Based on experience, I highly recommend asking for Lucy, Sheli, and/or Sarah, and asking about integrating aromatherapy when you get there“

“I’m so glad I found Sage! I originally booked a buccal and sculpt facial because I struggle with TMJ and overall facial tightness, and it has been a game changer. Rian is incredibly knowledgeable, and her ability to combine massage and skincare into one treatment is truly next level.

I now see Rian monthly, and she customizes each 90-minute session based on how I’m feeling and what I need most. She always starts with a back and neck massage (which I really need due to tight shoulders and back), and treatments often included lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, sculpting massage, as well as peels and extractions.

Since seeing her, she’s also recommended products that are helping fade my acne scars and manage breakouts better than anything I’ve tried, without irritating my sensitive skin. :)“

When you enter the building it’s such a warm setting, you instantly get removed from stress with the beautiful decor, and calming music. Issac was cleaning down from the previous person which is a huge peace of mind for me. I absolutely love Aveda products that were used and there’s plenty of options to buy them behind the front counter. I got the Himalayan salt stone treatment and it was my first time.
