I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This was the first time I left a nail salon feeling truly disappointed — especially given how expensive it was. The staff didn’t ask me to wash my hands during filling and the products used during the manicure didn’t seem high quality at all. For the price I paid, I expected much better hygiene, attention to detail, and overall service. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Per recommendation from one of my best friends Toni who swears religiously by Tran’s manis , I visited this salon for a full set and pedicure. Hannah did my pedi, Jason did my mani and the experience was wonderful.

I wanted a color that was difficult to match and Hannah asked the woman at the front desk (I unfortunately did not get her name) and found the perfect match. I got the lux pedicure and it was fantastic. Jason spent his time getting the shape and design I wanted. I will definitely be going back.
