This was second time visit Natick Urgent Care and again, they work great. They treated my son last year when he broke his toe at soccer practice, and when I came in this morning with a bad cut on my thumb, Dr. Chris stitched me right up (nine stitches). I’m very grateful for their excellent care, professionalism and quick help. Highly recommend!
Went in today with my brother who had been seen days earlier and was getting worse despite multiple Rxs. Front desk said the wait would be an hour. I’m never one to push, but my brother’s condition was quite worrisome as he could hardly talk and was extremely weak. I asked them to please help us. They got us in within 10 minutes. He tested positive for mono. So so thankful for the kind person at the front desk for listening to me and the providers for helping my very sick brother quickly.
The entire team was excellent, including the reception staff, nurse, and doctor. Everyone was friendly, professional, and caring.
The visit was very efficient, I was seen quickly and didn’t have to wait long.
