This is my first time there and i have the best urgent care experience. The take in process is so fast and the whole process is streamlined. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The doctor is very nice. He answered all my questions and i had a lot. I left knowing I am in good hands. Another pro of this practice is that they doesn't need patients' credit card on file. There are plenty of parking and located in a very convenient place. Oh, this is definitely one best kept secret.

Typically love this place but the past two times, they’ve taken us into a room in a timely manner but then we fester in the exam room for a half hour. All that to say, I’ll still come here, but I won’t believe the wait times on the website.

I came in for back and neck xrays ordered by my back doctor. . This was my first time here. The staff and facility are spot on kind caring. I was informed of the insurance and billing procedure. Very fair. I was brought to an exam room. Then the xray nurse/tech took me for the xrays . Very professional and kind. Then Scott the doctor reviewed my xrays with me. All very knowledgeable and excellent terminology that is understandable. The facility is spotless and well laid out.. if I ever have any ailments.This will be my goto place..
