Walking into the main lobby, you are greeted by the receptionist who takes your ailment, insurance and payment. Had to come in waited about five minutes and was taken into the exam room where a nurse asked questions, took vitals and later blood sample and nose swabs. The doctor came in after the test results were available. She explained next steps and prescribed medication to my pharmacy. All during this process everyone was professional, kind, and informative. I appreciate the great care at this urgent care.

Been twice. Both times (even though not crowded) had to wait forever then paid $350 for a simple culture in addition to the cost of the visit. Obviously understaffed and have to pay ER like fees...

Excellent urgent care. Very convenient hours and location. I'm glad they partner with VA Healthcare for serving myself and other veterans. Like every other urgent care sometimes the waits are long but I've never experienced anything negative here.
