The office was clean, making an appointment was easy as was checking in. I didn’t have to wait too long after my appointment time. X ray was quick and the provider was able to give me what I needed
The receptionist did a great job about communicating wait times and offered a virtual visit to reduce that time. I was grateful to be able to have that option and the staff moved me to a room quickly and explained how things would work. For my health concern this was a great option and the provider was able to diagnose me quickly. Very efficient service when you don’t feel well.
I had a injury on my thumb and visited Convenient MD Urgent care today. From the very first interaction with the front desk personnel to the doctor who treated me, everyone is extremely friendly and courteous.
Dr. Emily who stitched my thumb and treated the wound was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had great bedside manners. Clean facility was so clean.
I would definitely visit this location again and I would highly recommend this Urgent care for any medical need.
