the wait for an in person visit was an hour and half I was offered a virtual visit. The combination of receiving an actual BP and a strep test with a virtual visit was perfect. It eliminated the wait and while speaking with the clinician she received my test results. Couldn’t be easier!

Nothing specific, just how friendly everyone was and that Luke in triage was respectful and polite and let me know what he was doing before he did it. And the PA that checked my ear was professional and seemed to be knowledgeable.
