The medical staff, including nurses and doctors, are professional, kind, and informative, taking the time to explain next steps and prescribe medication as needed. While wait times can be long, the convenient hours and location make it an excellent option, especially for veterans who partner with VA Healthcare. Overall, patients have reported positive experiences with the staff and clinic.
This is my go-to location for urgent care needs, even though the Newton location is closer. The service and care I receive are consistently good. The wait times are reasonable. Try to be there when they open for a shorter wait.
