After only speaking to him on the phone I knew we had found the right guy for the job. He wasnt able to fix it on the 1st try but unlike other plumbers he came back. He didn't give up on us. We can finally sleep through the night without our baseboard heaters making gun shot noises!!! And we can finally shower without having to turn off the water to our downstairs bathroom!! I went to Home Depot who charged me $44.00 to Mickey Mouse the water feed… I was disgusted and on my way home I noticed Palmer plumbing and brought the original part inside where I met John. I showed him the old part and he said follow me. We went upstairs and he went right to a shelve and found the part I was so desperately looking for!
