The receptionist was patient and informative when I called to schedule and she promptly greeted me when I entered. Fiona performed my facial. She identified my problem areas and worked diligently to address them using a variety of high end products. She was relentless with extraction but rewarded me with a heavenly shoulder massage. She massaged my feet, arms and hands while waiting for a mask to set. The only con of this whole amazing experience is that the pricing is undefined. The service menu is basically useless. The esthetician will provide what is appropriate and when you check out you will get total based on your treatment. In my case it was $225. I'm not saying it was not worth it. I just want people to be aware.“
