He and Kendra were super responsive, creative and helped us form a vision for our vacation home bedroom on the coast of Maine that is nothing short of spectacular. They made the process so easy. Brad turned around our project in just a few weeks, respecting that we were looking for in stock items to allow us to use our new bedroom retreat for the entire upcoming summer. They worked within our budget, and after a site visit and zoom call produced a proposal that was spot on. Oh - and they also developed a full-house paint color palette that we will implement in the coming months. If you are considering using Color Theory, I would suggest jumping at the chance!“

“I've used California Closets on three occasions, and have been very satisfied with the results. The cabinets they've installed look good, and have held up nicely. I would however urge anyone contemplating having them in review their documents and measurements very carefully. On more than one occasion, they overlooked some small but critical detail (in one case overlooking a light switch which required a cut-out, another time they drilled holes for door handles incorrectly). Nothing terribly critical, just a little sloppy. So do your homework and check your dimensions and their plans before signing on. One other small nit-pick is their somewhat limited pallet of colors. But on the whole, I like their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again“

The owner is an interior designer and she definitely has an eye for cool things for the home. They're also super friendly and willing to help you find a gift!“

“I met Lauren last year when I was looking for someone to make curtains for our master bedroom. I didn't know where to start and she patiently supplied me with different material swatches until a decision could be made on what I and my partner liked. Once we made up our minds Lauren got to work to produce the most beautiful drapes. Not only did she do an expert job, she picked out curtain rods that matched the drapes theme and the colouring of the room. Subsequently she went on to make us expertly made replacement upholstered chair seats. Not to go on and on, but she is also a brilliant sewing instructor and as a result I am now more adept at using my sewing machine.“
