We were looking along Newbury Street for a few pieces of furniture to make our new office feel more comfortable for staff and guests. Even though our initial intention was window shopping for a bit inspiration and knowledge, it became a phenomenal session with BoConcept consultant Pardis.
She wasn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and dive deep into our needs, inspirations, and (most importantly) budget for this transformation.
While the store and quality of furniture speaks for itself, it was Pardis and the rest of the staff's dedication to excellent customer service that I will look back upon.
