As a CrossFit coach and life long athlete, I knew some of the mechanics and stretches I could do, but I struggled to pinpoint exactly what I needed and to hold myself accountable for doing the exercises. Zach helped me to figure out exactly what I was doing to cause the pain in lifting, and he also gave me great accessory and mobility exercises. In addition, he helped me to increase mobility to help with knee pain due to the volume of running I was doing while prepping for Hyrox. He is extremely supportive, understanding, and knowledgeable! “I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve been genuinely impressed with my physical therapist and wanted to share in case it helps someone else who’s on the fence about starting PT, or is simply looking for a place that feels like a good fit. In just a month, I’ve already noticed real improvements in my pain levels, mobility, and flexibility. I’m even sleeping better. That alone would be worth it, but what really stands out to me is the atmosphere. My therapist is not only skilled but also incredibly patient—especially with someone like me who gets nervous and fidgety in public settings. I can be a lot to get to know at first, so it’s definitely worth noting. She genuinely seems to understand that everyone heals differently and meets me where I’m at, which in my case makes a huge difference. The whole team seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, which is rare and honestly a little refreshing. There’s a lightness and energy in the space that makes the sessions fly by. I’ve had PT in the past that felt more grueling than anything of gain, but here, it feels purposeful and—even, dare I say—somewhat enjoyable. “Both Dr Brian Petrie and the nose procedure were nothing short of exceptional. As a life long sufferer of sinus problems resulting from cranial injuries and poor lifestyle choices I have tried everything that western medicine has to offer. From surgeries to medicine, the condition continued to grow worse and worse. It got to the point where it was destroying my entire quality of life, I was unable to sleep for more than 1-2 hrs at a time without being able to breathe. In an act of desperation as a last resort my wife convinced me to try this nose procedure with a balloon. It should have been my first resort! The results could not have been better. The procedure is a game changer and Dr Petrie is extremely competent, knowledgeable and of genuine character.
