Freedom Pest Control
“We noticed rodents appearing in our living space during mid-summer, which seemed unusual timing until we learned about an issue with a nearby building. Given the circumstances and my tight schedule with other projects, I decided to invest in professional pest control and chose Freedom Pest Control's Gold Service.
From the start, the experience was outstanding. Our first technician, David, thoroughly inspected our space, sealed any entry gaps he identified, strategically placed bait traps, and applied protective spray around the foundation. When I mentioned an unrelated concern about bird mites (which weren't covered under our plan), David was incredibly accommodating - offering to have a specialist evaluate it and provide a quote without any pressure.
A few days later, we discovered a volleyball-sized wasp nest in a tree adjacent our home. Freedom Pest Control sent a technician within a couple of days who completely removed it.
More recently, technician Travis came out to assess our bird mite situation. We were already on a treatment plan from another source, but he provided helpful recommendations and, remarkably, offered to treat the exterior area around a window where the source was located - to be included in our plan.
While the service was certainly an investment, the value has been absolutely worth it. Each technician we've worked with has been knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The peace of mind alone allows me to focus on what really matters in my life right now.
Highly recommend Freedom Pest Control for anyone dealing with unexpected pest challenges!”
