Sharing our recent experience with Scott, technician from Freedom Pest is an absolute pleasure. With attention to every detail and altho last service call of the day, Scott took the time to get at the root of the problem by evaluating the issue then giving a thorough inspection of inside and outside areas. Scott resolved the problem, while also ensuring we had a follow up to the service. Freedom Pest will be our go to if needed in future. Thank you Scott for your patience, professionalism, knowledge and time, a rare find these days.

Kevin did a great job looking in my chimney for a bird's nest. He took photos of the inside of my chimney and gave me lots of information about birds and chimneys. He was very professional and helpful.
