“Due to some recent health issues and stress my hair was falling out at an upsetting rate. I had long, beautiful hair and I knew to make myself more comfortable and hopefully put less tension on my scalp, I needed to cut it. She really made me feel heard and reassured me that I was doing the right thing and didn't try to talk me out of the length I wanted. I am really glad I trusted her and the salon with this hard decision and I really love my haircut and I am feeling so much better.“
