We just switched over to this practice when we moved into Melrose. My 1 year old, who was born with multiple medical issues, has been through a lot of traumatic experiences with testing, treatments, etc so she is now scared of any doctor. At our first visit at this practice every person, from the front desk to the doctors, was extremely patient and unbelievably kind to my daughter without me having to say anything. We have received great care here and they are very efficient and friendly. We have been a zillion times with my son’s chronic ear infections and the ease of scheduling sick visits online is great. The after hours care is in Peabody and also easy to schedule. Love the nurse line too as a first time mom I’ve called it more than I care to admit!
My son has been going to PHCA since he was born. He was born during the pandemic and I always appreciated how fast i was taken to the room after arriving, to minimize contact with others during that horrible time, specially being a first time parent and being so over protective then.
Since then, we haven been there for several sick appointments and his yearly check ups and I have no complaints. Everytime he has needed urgent care we either got a sick app in Melrose or went to their offices in Danvers and were always given quick and great service.
