“By far the most kind human beings on the planet work here. My 16 year old kitty had a huge tumor that they worked on and we ended up having to put her down a week later. The staff is the most loving kind and empathetic people. The doctor was almost actually crying with me. I appreciate how loving they were for my cat and how they gave me encouraging words. It was a very terrible thing but the people who we worked with made it so much more bareable. I am forever grateful for the kindness shown to me and Muffin.“

“Not only have my pets received excellent care Ashland Family Pet Hospital, I did as well. I accidentally locked both sets of keys and my cat in the car outside their office. Luckily it wasn’t hot. But they jumped right into motion offering their phone, office number, even access to a personal AAA membership number if I needed it.
