Serenity in the City is definitely a top choice place to go for skin care and beauty needs. Located conveniently on Middlesex Ave in Medford with plenty of parking I was greeted by two lovely staff members who escorted me into a private waiting area stocked with herbal teas, infused water and even mimosas. With actual champagne! I was given a warm neck wrap and sat in one of the comfortable chairs with my cucumber water and filled out the pretreatment questionnaire. Recently I had a spa day at Serenity in The City, and it was such a great time. Everything at Serenity in The City is nice and clean, and all the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting anything from a massage to a pedicure at Serenity.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Diana did a fantastic job on bringing my hair back to life. I love the cut. Very positive experience
