“I just had my daughter at the cha in Cambridge on the 6th and I must say the staff was amazing. Not only were the nurses so kind and respectful but I truly felt like myself and my daughters care was top priority with everyone I interacted with. “Dr. Cline has been my OB/GYN for 15 years. She helped me through 3 pregnancies and an early miscarriage, as well as general gynecological visits. She has always been careful, caring and thorough. Her entire team is fantastic. Dr. Katz is also great. He delivered my son and we have nothing but good things to say about everyone in the practice we've encountered. I'm sorry for the reviewers experience below, but I would like to point out that the ultrasound office is completely independent of this office. While I don't doubt the reviewer had a bad experience overall, I have never had anything but great care and communication. As someone who was actually been to the practice, I can confidently say that they are amazing and you will be in good hands there.“

“I love the staff in this Roslindale Heath Center so much I am not changing Medical center to my current neighborhood. I visited there for an office visit with a doctor and Corvid booster shot and flus shot. Dr. Presti, intake medical assistant Maria Castillo were very cordial and pleasant. Marlene RN at shot station make the station a party place, was whole heartly welcoming patient with big smiles and it would be difficult to find a nurse who had mover positive energy and such a kindness.“

“We have been to the Newton-Wellesley Hospital emergency room twice. Both times surprised at the attention to service from the check in to the doctor care. Both times walking in to an intimidating mass of humanity in the waiting room expecting endless hours of 'wait' and yet both times surprised to hear our name within 15 to 20 minutes. Then the routine room # for preliminary review then to be moved exam room # to wait for a doctor another 15 - 20 minutes. My name is Dr. Tonight shows within 5 - 15 minutes. Performs exploratory, diagnoses the issue and sets about to solve the problem. Very clearly informing us of the procedure, medications and time frame, we're there for another 15 - 20 minutes. If there's a delay - drugs needed from the pharmacy et al, you're well informed. Don't watch the clock. You're in the ER. Then once underway, there's the 10 -15 wait to see if the drug or procedure settles correctly. At one point, we were offered a sandwich if we were hungry! Then, the 'after care' conversation and have a good night. This is the way professionals perform. And professionals they are at - doing their job 24/7.“
