Medford Pet Clinic provides efficient and friendly service, despite occasional waiting area congestion. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, and medication is effective. Prices are reasonable. While the clinic may be slightly disorganized, the staff is welcoming and ensures a positive experience for pets and their owners.
Dr.Olga and her team have been taking care of my cat for 8 years! From spaying her when she was 6 months old at the Charlestown location, to her yearly check up’s, a dental removal last year at the Revere location, to treating a skin rash earlier this year and now we’re back for a dental cleaning. We’ve always been treated very well here and my girl feels comfortable with Dr.Olga and her team! Very happy overall with the care my baby receives here.
It is quite hectic in the waiting area, but we went outside for a walk when that happened. Just make sure the front desk knows, so that the people came after you dont go before you! They are quick and efficient and everyone is nice.
Service is good. The vet is a little bit rude, but a good doctor. The medicine they gave me for my cat is working well.The place is a little bit unorganized.Prices are ok.I hope my cat heals soon.
