They are great. Right from the front staff to the doctors, to the people working in the back. They are always extremely nice to me, and my 9mo pup who has been there since he was 10w old. The doctor called to follow up with us after pup's neuter, and was super professional. They are prompt and fast when reached out through app or when called. Would highly recommend.
I have used this vet for decades, but their front office has become increasingly chaotic (per their organization, not just covid). It took one doctor three days to get back to us re: a sick dog, records have been lost and broken communication is common. Frankly, auto garages have done much better.
Wehave had a great experience here. We have to leave because I now live in Quincy but my pet is not scared of the vet! He smiles for them! And they are very throrough and kind & accepted me during the pandemic when people were telling us to go elsewhere. Really have had a great 1.5 years here
