“I had originally booked with a stylist who unfortunately had to call out sick the morning of my appointment. Things happen, so I completely understood. Lindsey, one of the other stylists working that morning, called to let me know what happened and tried to reschedule me for later that day, but I wasn't available. She then called me back and said that she and her manager felt so bad about the situation that they wanted to offer me an additional discount if I came back another day. I honestly probably would have booked somewhere else, but that second phone call and the genuine care they showed really impressed me. It was some of the best customer service I've experienced.

I ended up seeing Kendra for my Cezanne treatment, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, incredibly talented, and I love the results. The entire team went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be back!“

My daughter and I had our first makeup consultation with Danielle yesterday, and she was nothing short of incredible!

Danielle was warm, engaging, and kept us completely hooked with her wonderful stories throughout the session. She took the time to listen to each of our individual preferences and taught us a simple, effective process tailored to what works best for us. On top of learning how to properly apply our makeup, we left with so much practical knowledge on how to shop smarter for products in the future.

One of the best parts of the session was that she provided personalized video tutorials for us to take home so we can easily practice and recreate our looks on our own. We are looking forward to practicing together!!
