“I had originally booked with a stylist who unfortunately had to call out sick the morning of my appointment. Things happen, so I completely understood. Lindsey, one of the other stylists working that morning, called to let me know what happened and tried to reschedule me for later that day, but I wasn't available. She then called me back and said that she and her manager felt so bad about the situation that they wanted to offer me an additional discount if I came back another day. I honestly probably would have booked somewhere else, but that second phone call and the genuine care they showed really impressed me. It was some of the best customer service I've experienced.<br><br>I ended up seeing Kendra for my Cezanne treatment, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, incredibly talented, and I love the results. The entire team went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be back!”
