“Have been taking our two Shih Tzus to Dirty Paws for 6 years, every 5 weeks. They look fantastic. Owner has the same breed so she’s expert in their care and grooming. We call her first before we call a vet if we have issues. She limits her customer volume so if you call be very nice.“

“I visited this location for the first time last week, and was pleasantly surprised. There was NO animal or pet food odor at all, unlike many similar stores. It all seemed nice and clean. I was there for the fish section, and the tanks were pretty clean and fish looked healthy. Their live aquarium plant selection was rather small BUT they were almost all in good condition, which is rather rare for chain store plants. Their live Betta fish were all in clean water, and also looked healthy. You can tell a lot about a location by how their Bettas look. As an ex-parakeet parent, I also looked in on theirs, and they, too, looked perky and healthy. I will definitely go again in the future, as long as the standards are being kept up.“

“We brought our large Aussiedoodle home from a local humane society recently, and within days, I found myself at the groomers—completely overwhelmed and unsure how to handle his thick, curly hair.

These groomers were absolutely amazing. They spent hours with him that first visit, working patiently and gently to get him cleaned up and comfortable. Not only did they do an incredible job with his grooming, but they also took the time to show me how to care for his hair in between visits—simple tricks, tools to use, and how to make it manageable for both of us.

They’ve been nothing but kind, professional, and encouraging every time we’ve come in. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in good hands, and that I’ve got a support system for keeping him healthy and happy. Couldn’t ask for better people to trust with our pup’s care. Highly, highly recommend!

“My dog is a bit of a hand full. She’s a 75 lb German Shepherd and has fear around getting her nails trimmed for one. I’ve been bringing her to The Dog Wash for a few years now and every time she comes back to me looking and smelling like a new dog. I know they do a good job grooming her because she barely sheds up to two weeks after the visit. I highly recommend The Dog Wash and the groomers there for even the most challenging clients.“
