“Fortunately for us, this was the flooring company contracted by our builder. Fergus was such a delight to work with. It was so easy to schedule an appointment to select our tiles and carpeting for our new home. When we arrived Fergus worked with us to help us select the exact bathroom and kitchen tiles, and basement carpeting that we were seeking. He was extremely patient considering I have difficulty making choices. Upon arriving to our new home I immediately let Fergus know that the tiles and carpeting were the only items that were installed to perfection. As our new home began to settle, there was some backsplash caulking that needed to be done. A quick call to Fergus, and his worker was here within days to fix the issue. One year and one winter later, the house continued to settle and there were a few spots along the perimeter of my bathrooms that needed regrouting. Once again, Fergus immediately sent a courteous, neat, polite worker to fix the issue in less than 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Fergus and his team to any of my closest friends. Such a pleasure to work with, not to mention the beautiful selection he offers.“
