“Marcos was very fair in his quote to have the roof done. Even when they removed the old shingles and found that they needed to replace the plywood Marcos was fair in the increase cost. His people showed up at 7:30 AM and worked like busy bees though out the day taking only half hour for lunch. They worked like an oiled machine, each new what to do and they never stopped. I highly recommend this company for any work you need done! MJT Home Improvement goes the extra mile to make sure that the job is done right and they clean up after themselves as well.“

“A great family owned company & superb team. I’m a repeat customer of Inka. Was recommended to me thru our fiber cement siding company. Inka Constr. has replaced 20+ windows with Pella Impervia fiberglass in my home (incldg big double wide casements & short basement sliding windows). In the most recent project of an investment property we had them replace 9’w super heavy sliding patio doors & 3 windows.
They removed & replaced rotted sill plates on the door and windows, foam insulated, & replace sills & molding with all new. Nik goes the extra distance adding a white oak threshold, replacing the sliding door moulding trim with bigger ones & also replacing the adjacent thru-the-wall A/C unit box’s trim, making it look so much better.
Nik took apart Harvey window sashes & trimmed the vinyl corner’s mitered edges that the Harvey Window factory should’ve taken care of in QC.
Nik is the consummate professional – he does what he says he’ll do, always on time, dedicated, hardworking, superb craftsmanship, very experienced carpenter, and a perfectionist. Maria is a delight to deal with, warm, superb with fast communication texting/emailing keeping you apprised throughout the whole process, working with the town building dept, getting & closing permits & working w the distributor. “Recently I had all my windows and siding replaced by United Home Experts (UHE). This was a huge project for me, and something I had been planning for a few years. The sales person, Tim Carelli, was very helpful with discussing options. He listened to what I wanted, and did not want. His estimate included what I wanted, and avoided what I didn't want. Norm Harnick, the Project Manager contacted me to introduce himself and schedule the installation. Norm stops by every day or so to check on the progress and solicits feedback/concerns. The days he is not there, he calls to check in to see if you have any issues, which I never did. The on-site supervisor, Andre, was great to work with. He has a wealth of construction experience and is able to easily handle any issues which arise. Andre's crew: Joel, Mateus, Leomir, and Darci were professional, respectful, friendly, and worked as a high-performing team every day for two weeks. They always cleaned up as they went along. I have a few medical conditions, and I was upfront with Tim, Norm and Andre about the extra help I needed. They could not have been more accommodating. I honestly was not looking forward to having people in and out of the house for a couple of weeks. They quickly changed how I felt. I actually looked forward to seeing them. If you need windows or siding replaced, I highly recommend UHE. Ask for Tim to provide you with a quote. If you decide to go with them, request that Norm be your project manager, and Andre, Joel, Mateus, Leomir and Darci to be your installation crew. “Emmaty was great. We bought 46 solar panels though them and required a new roof for the panels. Hector and Bill handled everything for us. As with every major construction project a few issues arose during the project, but Hector was prompt to address and correct them for us. They busted their butts to help us get the project installed before the end of the year so we could get our solar rebates on time. Now in the hot days of summer, my power bill is running backwards!!! “Sales to installation was excellent. We tried the patio door in the showroom and knew it was a quality product. The doors are custom made in PA so it was a 5 week wait but no delays and installation was on time. The installers arrived at the quoted time and finished the job in less than a day. The contractor who did the work was excellent. They were meticulous and cleaned up as they worked. The door looks great and we were given directions on use of the locks and removing the screen door if we needed to. Rating 10 out of 10.“

They were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Our old siding was in rough shape, and once it was removed, a lot of hidden issues were revealed. The crew provided helpful suggestions to address those problems and kept the project moving smoothly.

They worked efficiently and paid great attention to detail to make sure everything looked clean and well-finished. The entire project took about two weeks, which included a full replacement with new Hardie board siding and exterior fixtures.

After completion, they stood by their labor warranty and quickly handled a few small issues we noticed after the project was signed off.
