In the most recent project of an investment property we had them replace 9’w super heavy sliding patio doors & 3 windows.
They removed & replaced rotted sill plates on the door and windows, foam insulated, & replace sills & molding with all new. Nik goes the extra distance adding a white oak threshold, replacing the sliding door moulding trim with bigger ones & also replacing the adjacent thru-the-wall A/C unit box’s trim, making it look so much better.
Nik took apart Harvey window sashes & trimmed the vinyl corner’s mitered edges that the Harvey Window factory should’ve taken care of in QC.
