Last week I was cleaning windows that we purchased from Window World on November 5, 2008. I tilted the window into the room so I could clean it and was unable to reset it so it could be locked. I called Window World to ask if they could help me do whatever was necessary to get the window to close and to lock.The person who answered the call connected me to the technical support person. I was not able to do what she told me to do. She put me on hold. When she returned to the phone, she said there was someone in the area and would be at our house to fix the window within the hour, and it happened! He fixed it in one minute!
