If I could give this place zero stars I would, because even 1 star is undeserving. I brought in a clear reference photo of a sleek long bob and left with choppy, uneven layers, unrequested bangs, and heavy face-framing layers that looked nothing like what I asked for.

When I calmly raised my concerns, I was called a liar and accused of trying to ruin the stylist’s life and even of destroying my own hair to blame the salon.

That level of defensiveness and hostility toward a client is completely unacceptable. The haircut was disappointing, and the way it was handled was even worse.

Terrible business takes zero accountability for their actions and mistakes. treats customers poorly and would recommend never going to this place. has hair stylist that thinks she can talk and yell at people however she wants, very unprofessional.
