“He was the first of 5 to return my call. He returned my call in 1 hour - only 1 other returned call. It was a small job to replace a leaking air pressure valve in my boiler line. He came out next day. When he showed up I mentioned water hammer in my dishwasher and he agreed to install an arrester on the spot as well as replace other leaking pressure valves that I had not noticed when I made the first call.
