I originally came to The Yoga Loft of Marblehead because of the experiences shared by my dear friend, Gurdeep Bhogal, who completed her own 200hr YTT in 2017. I finally decided that it was high time that I take the plunge and become a certified yoga instructor and as fate would have it, almost literally, on the day I decided this Gurdeep made it known that she would be teaching the next 200hr YTT at her home studio, The Yoga Loft of Marblehead . Sunday I had the pleasure of taking a yin yoga class at the studio for my first time. I found the studio to be an excellent experience clean and professional. I enjoyed taking Lisa's yin class who is a outstanding and knowledgeable teacher. Her voice is very soothing to the ears and is helpful to relax and really enjoy the moment on the mat. Thanks for the excellent experience.

The instructors at the yoga loft are some of the best I've ever practiced with. They are so welcoming and (unlike many other studios in the area) their all levels classes are actually for all levels. The teachers are particularly gifted at guiding you through proper alignment and providing a lot of modifications making the class accessible to beginners and more experienced yogis alike.I'm also taking their yoga teacher training and I'm very happy with my decision. The YTT instructors are fantastic and I've already learned more in two months than in 4 years of practice!
