“I had a very good experience working with Jon Whyman on septic replacements for two of my homes. He gave me an amazing price, was extremely professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely work with him again and plan to hire him in the future.”
“Having worked with various contractors over the years, I am often disappointed by how customer service declines once a project begins. However, CommTank has proven to truly prioritize the customer experience.
The entire process—from scheduling the initial quote to the final tank installation—was seamless, and the communication was excellent throughout. Although a minor hiccup occurred after the installation, I appreciate that CommTank stands behind its work and is actively working with me to resolve it.
I would like to give a special acknowledgement to my sales representative, Jonathan DiDonato. His professionalism was greatly appreciated and gave me full confidence in CommTank’s commitment to its customers.”
“Great communication with Gabriel and worked on a tight schedule with challenging weather. I was recommended to Gabriel by a friend and with good reason.”
