“Bite free for one week thanks to these people! We had come back from an European holiday and while there we had to change rooms and I thought I saw a bed bug early one morning. I didn't think much about it until coming home. After about a week, both my husband and I woke up with bites each morning. I called for a dog inspection with another company and they said I have bed bugs. They also said the bed bugs were ii a suitcase but given that the suitcase wasn't with us on our trip, I wasn't convinced. I called Mike and he was very nice. I didn't tell him we had another dog inspection and I wasn't home when their dog inspected our house but when I received a call from Mike that evening he said there was an alert on the red suitcase which was the suitcase that wasn't on the trip, and that the other dog had also selected. Mike arranged for a treatment and walked us through the heat treat procedure. Gregory, the team leader was amazing, explaining everything. When we got home, it felt bug free (I know that sounds crazy). Waking up knowing that I don't have something crawling on me at night is pure bless. “Britany arrived on time and, per my request, inspected the exterior of my home and all the bushes surrounding my home for wasps/hornets. She treated the bald faced wasps that we knew were located in the bushes near the end of the driveway. “I've been a happy customer for 10 years. These guys have always been responsive and effective! See a problem, call them up and the come and address it, every time. We recently had an issue with some little critters that found a new way into our kitchen and YPC sent their technician Sean our way. He took a walk around our entire foundation and addressed any areas that looked compromised, inside he took a thorough look around and discretely laid out bait stations and scheduled a revisit 3 weeks later. Problem solved virtually overnight. No critters in site. After 3 weeks Sean checked all the bait stations and none had any activity. Very impressive. Well worth the dollar a day contract.
