My hair felt so dry and frizzy. Mandy did the formaldehyde free keratin treatment on me. No harsh smells, one wash. I was blown away with how my hair turned out. Before I became her client a year or two ago, I was paying three to four times as much for haircuts that were always *almost* what I wanted. But with Betty, I can describe the look I’m going for, show her a few inspiration photos, and she just gets it. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and makes thoughtful adjustments based on my hair type and what will complement my face shape. Her approach to coloring is also very gentle, showing how much she prioritizes maintaining healthy hair. Scheduling is always easy, her prices are very reasonable, and I never feel pressured to buy products like I have with other stylists.
