Madelyn is amazing! I stopped by on a whim to see if someone was able to accommodate a last minute hair color appointment and not only did Madelyn go out of her way to help, she still took such care to get my color and tone just right! Madelyn at JCPenney salon is my go to person for hair coloring. For the past year I have been seeing her given her excellent abilities. She corrected my hair color and I got so many compliments. She listens to my concerns about my hair and offers great suggestions. I am always happy when I leave the salon!! I highly recommend Madelyn.
