“I stopped by this salon with my elderly mother on a whim. I asked the owner if she could do my mom’s hair and although she had another client she welcomed us to come in and she would take care of us. The salon is adorable, neat and clean and Dawn the owner was wonderful! So kind and attentive to my mom and she gave her a wonderful haircut. Can’t say enough about the terrific experience she had at this salon!

I was initially recommended to Anchor salon by a friend. When I reached out the owner Nikki was extremely helpful and professional, and always gave a prompt response. She took the time to find out what services I was looking for and then proceeded to pair me with who she felt would be able to accomplish what I was looking to have done. I was booked with Emily Robichaud and prior to my appointment she sent me a message to confirm this message included the services she would be providing she also was kind enough to give me an idea of the cost of the services so I would be prepared. When I arrived at the salon I noticed how clean and well kept it was. Emily immediately greeted me and was very warm and welcoming. She immediately got me in her chair. Even though she has spoken with Nikki about what I wanted done she took the time to go over it with me as well as getting my thoughts/opinion on some colors she had in mind. I felt was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. Emily was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable almost like catching up with a friend. She also recommended products I could use for to maintain the color in my hair as long as possible. She definitely made me feel special and I will without hesitation return.
