I visited Great Clips at the Orchard Hill Plaza today for the first time.. Amanda cut my hair.. She was wonderful and she gave me a wonderful cut too! Finding a hairdresser that tries as hard as she did to give me exactly what I wanted is not easy.. She did exactly as I asked and did it perfectly..

To be honest, as an adult I have always gotten me hair cut at a "chain hair salon", because they do it right! They do exactly what I ask for, don't try to sell me on a different hair style or hair products... Also the 1 major time I went to a privately owned 'Beauty Salon' I went to get a few high & low lights (based on a Jennifer Lopez look years ago, LOL) and I was horrified ?... I thought they may be 'better' at the whole, coloring /listening to what I was trying to go for, But No! They just did whatever they felt was 'better for me' and I ended up paying a ton of $ & leaving there practically in tears ??!So, long story short ? I haven't gone anywhere since except...read full review

Big thank you to Ada, who went above and beyond by staying late to fix my hair today. I was in a state of panic after receiving the worst "haircut" of my life at the Twin City Great Clips and had called just 15 minutes before closing time. Although I had always had positive experiences at the Leominster Great Clips, I decided to give the Fitchburg location a try because there was no wait. But after this experience I now understand why Leominster is worth the wait.Service: Haircut
