She is a top tier massage therapist who applies deep knowledge of how the body moves, muscles, and tendons as part of her quality experience. If I lived in the area, Cheryl is the one I'd go to for ongoing massage health. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I recently had a week long excursion in Lenox and one of the highlights of the time away was the massages that we were able to schedule with Chyrel! Her studio is immaculate, she is warm and friendly but serious about her work. And the 90 minute massage! Well, that is where the fun began. She worked knots out of my back and shoulders that I didn't know where there. It was so fantastic that I went back three days later and that is when she tended to my hips, ankles and feet. My entire body felt amazing and I look forward to scheduling with her again when we return later in the winter. Chyrel made a great time away even better!
Laurie made my wedding band so beautifully.It was not an easy task. It had to match my vintage engagement ring of diamonds and sapphire. I am amazed with the results and in love with my wedding band. Laurie is so talented!Thank you for your beautiful work Laurie!
Marc Rudin is a fantastic chiropractor. He helped completely solve back and leg pain that had been plaguing me for months. Painkillers were the only thing that was effective until I started seeing him. It took a few weeks, but between his work, and following his recommendations at home, the pain was completely gone within a month. Cash only but very reasonably priced for any kind of medical care (especially when it’s so effective!) and there’s a Greylock ATM right next door in the building.
I don't go too often...but can always trust Melanie to do the perfect wash and cut...today was a major change ...and I trust Melanie ...she's That Good!

My Wife Rachel and I were away for the weekend visiting Lenox for the first time and both have very stressful jobs in healthcare. Jennifer was able to accommodate us both for separate 60 min consecutive massages on Saturday afternoon and we both must say, we received the best massage we have each ever have had!! Jennifer is an extremely talented and professional licensed massage therapist who makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and absolutely rejuvenated when you leave!! We are going to make it a point to travel back to Lenox every other month moving forward just to have Jennifer work her magic again!!
Eric Sciola’s bedside manner is outstanding. He explained what needed or has to be done, provided the necessary information and documentation for us, the homeowners to make our decision. Eric provided the required documentation for the insurance company in a timely manner. My husband and I opted to go with J. Smegal Roofing based on interactions with and information provided by other roofing contractors. I believe we made the right decision.
Gorgeous horses are pampered everyday. The staff is the most dedicated to the welfare of these magnificent creatures I have ever seen. If I was a horse, or a horse owner, this is the place!
Both my sister and I really enjoyed Tanya’s reformer class! We are fairly new to reformer Pilates and Tanya was very patient and clear with her instructions and demoed the exercises for us. We definitely felt like we got a full body workout in a beautiful/peaceful setting. We would love to take more classes with her in the future!
I have had neck and back issues for years, and have been to a number of Chiropractors in Boston, and Dr. Rudin has been by far the best that I have care from! He knows what he's doing, he's personable, he's available, and he's my go-to whenever I am out in the Berkshires.

Leea is a very understanding person when it comes to training reactive dogs (to unfamiliar people and dogs) and shares many great strategies that we practiced at home. She taught us a lot about dog body language and now we know how to read our dog before things escalate. She was there for us when three other trainers passed us along before even meeting us, for one reason or another, and we were desperate for help. She welcomed both sets of our parents along for a training class to help their relationship with our dog too. We were so happy with our experience with Leea and are forever grateful. We will most likely return to her training expertise when we decide to have children to help our pup adjust. Highly recommend!
I’m a very particular guy and Anita’s been giving me and my wife SUPERB mani-pedis for years. She’s like a surgeon! And super-friendly. She introduced me to Amy, also talented and charming, who now gives me great haircuts! Men are made to feel unusually comfortable at this unisex salon.

Great experience. Loved that I could book online. Most salons in the area don't offer that. I got a gel mani pedi. Seven was excellent. Very skilled. The foot/hand massage was better than other salons I've visited. Loved the environment. Friendly staff. Soft, non-lyrical Christmas music played. And on a giant screen there were beautiful rotating pictures of Dubai. I was really able to relax and enjoy. Definitely going back.

Going to Canyon Ranch is an extreme luxury for me. I had to save all year to be able to afford it. When things like spending two hours sitting in the dining room waiting on dinner to be served to my growling stomach,(and drinks too) missing other events that started at 8pm; I question the whole experience. The treatments were fabulous- always. However, I am still wondering why the face isn't part of the body for the whole body scrub. My face is part of my body! And I really just want a face massage without getting a facial sometimes- for TMJ. Is that feasible? Overall- it was an okay experience. It wasn't as fabulous as Tucson.
