We are new to the area and new to septic. I just want to say thank you for to the office for explaining the septic system and maintenance needs. Also, thanks to the technician who came and pumped are septic and explained everything to my husband.
I was under the impression that I would need to have the septic tank pumped before putting the house on the market.
