“I’m on vacation and my iPad froze. I did everything I could think of and was facing making an appointment and getting to an Apple Store and having to buy a new one. Gage, at Wits End, told me what he was trying, tried a couple things and was ultimately successful at finding the answer. He didn’t charge me and was kind and helpful. I’m so grateful and relieved.”
“Allan is a great person to work with, and he is very knowledgeable about computer issues. I had a cracked screen and a broken top cover on my laptop. Allan quickly responded to my request for help, outlining a couple of approaches. He found a similar model to mine and gave me very reasonable prices for the options. Due to my slow response, the similar computer was no longer available when I checked it out, so I decided to buy a new laptop. However, if I ever have a computer problem in the future, Allan will be the first person I will call. Ken M.”
“The team at Powerup Boston has provided excellent service for both my computing and network needs. They set up all of the business's computers and verified all network settings, which made everything run smoother. I have also had them clean up some personal computers as well. I would highly reccomend their services!”
